NASH RACE (Limited to 4)

An opportunity to participate in a session on the "NASH RACE" and to present your data and progress.  90 minute moderated session: 20 minute presentation per company (up to 4 companies) and participation in a 10 minute debate and Q&A.

  • ​Program will be included in a designated industry section of the Final Program (subject to receipt by publishing deadline)​ and Conference website
  • Includes Industry Abstract and E-poster
  • Timeslot: TBC​
  • The supporting company will cover expenses of the speaker​

90 min SPONSORED SYMPOSIUM ​/ WORKSHOP
  • Company parallel sponsored symposium/workshop, up to 90 minutes
  • Program subject to the approval of the Conference Scientific Committee
  • Includes: hall rental, standard audio/visual equipment, display table
  • Permission to use the phrase: “Official symposium/workshop of the International Conference on Fatty Liver"
  • Sponsored symposium/workshop programs will be included in a designated industry section of the Final Program (subject to receipt by publishing deadline)

  • Time Slots (subject to change): allocated on a “first come, first served” basis
    • ​Friday, June 2, 2017 from 12:30-14:00 x 2
  • ​​​​The supporting company, in addition to the support fee, must cover all speakers’ expenses, including registration fees, accommodation and travel expenses. This also applies in the case where the Sponsored Symposium/Workshop speakers have already been invited by the Conference​​​

RESEARCH / PRODUCT THEATRE
​​​

Meet with attendees and key decision makers to share your new research outcomes, discuss your clinical protocols, and conduct product demonstrations of your new products and services. Product Theatre sessions are 30 minutes in length and will be held in a designated area(s) in the exhibit hall, which is set up in theater style for 50 attendees. No other sessions of the scientific program will run in parallel but may run concurrent with other corporate sponsors.

Product Theaters provide a high value, live educational opportunity for hosts to reach engaged healthcare professionals. These sessions deliver a platform to gather and discuss issues on patient education, specific products and therapeutic areas

 

Located in the Exhibit hall, Product Theatre provides an opportunity to:

  • Highlight and demonstrate new and existing products
  • Provide up-to-date research findings
  • Distribute branded materials
  • Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the program, on the event website, and with signage during the event​

The branded Seating Cubes are sturdy, trendy, cool, classic, cheerful, creative, stylish and informal. This multipurpose cardboard stool can be customized to match whatever theme you have chosen for the event.
  • Opportunity to use the branded seats in your Product Theatre session
  • Opportunity to customize the seating cubes
  • 50+ branded seats will be produced
  • Location of seating cubes onsite to be coordinated with Secretariat​​​

CONGRESS LANYARDS: provided in kind

Opportunity to place company logo on the lanyards. In addition to the sponsorship fee, ​the supporter will provide the lanyards.  

The support entitlements are as follows:

  • Supporter’s logo to be printed on the lanyards
  • ​Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the program, on the event website, and with signage during the event​

​​* The lanyard must be approved by the organizing committee in advance and before production.​


     

     

    CONFERENCE NOTEPADS & PENS: provided in kind
    ​In addition to the sponsorship fee, the supporter will provide the Notepads & Pens for the participants.

    • Notepads & Pens will bear the Supporter’s company logo and will be distributed in the participants’ Conference bags.
    • Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the program, on the event website, and with signage during the event​​

    COFFEE BREAKS
    Coffee will be served during breaks in the exhibition area. Hospitality provided will be in compliance with all relevant industry codes.  

    • Opportunity to have a one day display of company’s logo at the catering points located within the exhibit area
    • Opportunity to provide items bearing company logo for use during the supported break
    • Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the program, on the event website, and with signage during the event 
    ​​WELCOME RECEPTION / NETWORKING EVENT

    ​There will be an Internet Area, within the Exhibition Hall, equipped with workstations where attendees may check e-mails. Your company’s logo will be prominently displayed.  This is an exclusive sponsorship item.

    An opportunity to hire a room at the venue that will be used as a Corporate Suite. The supporting company will be able to host and entertain its guests throughout the event. Companies will have the option to order catering at an additional cost. Hospitality provided will be in compliance with all relevant industry codes.

    FINAL PROGRAM
    Full page color advertisement are available in the industry section of the Final Program.  

    The Final Program will contain the timetable, scientific program and other useful information.​ It will be distr​ibuted to all registered participants in the Conference bags.​
    PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL

    Inclusion of one-page promotional material in the Display Center in the Exhibition area.  
    Material should be provided by the Supporter and approved by the Secretariat. 
    Supporters' product information will be available for all Conference participants
    The distribution arrangement will be advised.


     


     


     

    ​PROMOTIONAL MAILSHOT - EXCLUSIVE​​ OR JOINT
    Image result for emails Gain additional exposure for your Symposium/workshop, company or exhibition booth by sending out a Mail Blast to the preregistered delegates who have agreed to disclose their details at a date and time coordinated with the Congress Organizer. 
    • Exclusive: Mail blast will be exclusive for the supporting company. The designed mail blast (html) to be provided by the Supporter and subject to receipt by deadline. ​ 
    • Joint: Mail blast will list all supporting companies according to the support level. Each company will have a section of approximately 150 words. Design will be provided by Organiser. 

    MINI PROGRAM 
    ​​​​Advertisement avaialble on the back cover of this pocket size program booklet.
