The official language of the Conference will be English. All abstract submissions and presentations should be in English.
Most Europeans do not require an entry visa for Germany. Please consult the German Embassy or Consulate nearest to you for specific details relating to visas.

· Getting to Berlin
There are 3 airports in Berlin – Tegel airport (TXL), Berlin Schönefeld (SXF) and Airport Berlin Brandenburg (BER). They offer international flights to and from the German capital.
You can also reach Berlin by car, train or bus.
· Getting Around Berlin
Berlin offers wonderful public transportation. You can get around using the Metro, bus, bike or taxi. See more information here.
In Berlin the climate is moderately continental, with cold winters and moderately warm summers. Summer, from June to August, is pleasantly warm: daytime temperatures hover around 22 °C (72 °F) in June and 24 °C (75 °F) in July and August. However, nights are cool, and sometimes even a bit cold. Atlantic depressions can arrive even in this season, bringing some cool and rainy days, while in periods of good weather the temperature can get close to 30 °C (86 °F).

The Conference Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of/damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
